Three things we don't compromise.

I.

Peloponnese-sourced.

Beef liver from grass-fed cattle raised inland from Kalamata. Chicken from small coops we drive to visit. Every supplier is within a two-hour drive of the workshop.

II.

Freeze-dried, not heat-killed.

Water is removed under vacuum at low temperature. Nutrients, colour, and aroma stay intact. The same process keeps astronaut food edible — we just use it on real food.

III.

One ingredient, where possible.

A capsule of beef liver is beef liver. A capsule of broth is broth. Where binding is needed — the gelatin capsule — we name it. No proprietary blends, no flow agents.
